TerraTec launches its external Aureon 5.1 USB laptop and PC sound card

TerraTec Electronic (www.terratec.co.uk), a leading European multimedia manufacturer, today announces the UK launch of its Aureon 5.1 USB. This external sound card connects to laptop and home computers via USB and brings an end to fiddly internal soundcard instalations and low-quality portable
sound.

The cigarette box sized Aureon 5.1 USB features genuine surround sound over 5.1 channels (with 6 analog outputs and 2 inputs), gold-plated connections, digital inputs/outputs, a microphone input and headphone output, as well as the professional sound quality that audiophiles have come to expect from a TerraTec audio card.

The Aureon 5.1 USB utilises plug-and-play technology, eradicating the traditional complicated installation and configuration required when fitting a new card to a home PC.
