Why wouldnt you use anti cheat?

Basically, some clans like you to install a file called Honesty config, i believe there is another one to called DWN or something. Most clans that install these anti cheat programs seem to have problems with the game after. A lot of it is down to trust and your reputation you stand to lose if caught cheating.

Having said that, on our server, we have Counter Intelligence running most of the time, which can easily pinpoint some oddish behaviour from some players..

I am sure most clans run CI all the time anyway, and it saves us having to install all these extra anti-cheat programs.
