Thermaltake Hardcano 12 Review

TweakTown has just reviewed the new ThermalTake Hardcano 12 which is a device you stick into your drive bay and can be used to adjust the fan speeds. It is very useful if your overclocking or if your just wanting to frequently check your CPU temperature easily.

Looks cool, but this sucks:

"While I found the Hardcano unit to be reliable in regards to automatically adjusting fan speeds, these settings did not remain when you reboot the system. Every time you turn the machine off, the Hardcano resets itself to its default settings; Automatic mode and 60C alarm temperature"

WTF- I'd be a little pissed off if I hooked it all up and found that out the hard way.. It seems like Tt would fix that problem..

Im sure they will fix the problem, well, they bether, this is really an anoying one...

The funny thing is, I haven't seen anyone else report this problem- I wonder if it is an isolated incident or everyone else just wants to be nice to Tt and not reveal the problem in their review..

I haven't read ALL the reviews though- I'll have to search for some more to see what the deal is.
