MARKHAM, Ontario--(BUSINESS WIRE)--July 25, 2002--ATI Technologies Inc. (TSX:ATY; NASDAQ:ATYT), a world leader in desktop graphics, video and multimedia solutions that recently claimed the high-end graphics crown with its latest generation of graphics technologies, today announced the selection, by many industry leaders, of its RADEON(TM) 7000 and RADEON(TM) 7500 graphics boards for their latest desktop PCs.

The RADEON 7000 will be featured in the IBM NetVista(TM) M Series, the HP Compaq Presario 6000 series and the Dell(TM) Precision(TM) Workstation 340 while the RADEON 7500 is the card of choice for Apple's PowerMac(TM) G4, Hewlett-Packard's EVO-310, Fujitsu's FMV-DESKPOWER and Dell's Optiplex(TM) GX260.

The RADEON 7000 and RADEON 7500 offer manufacturers powerful and reliable graphics solutions with an outstanding level of design flexibility to meet the needs of a wide range of commercial and consumer systems.
