"As promised, Epic Games and Digital Extremes have now released the playable Win32 demo of Unreal Tournament 2004, allowing you to try out their imminent multiplayer first-person shooter. This US beta demo offers the tive maps: AS-Convoy, BR-Colossus, DM-Rankin, CTF-BridgeofFate and ONS-Torlan, playable in Assault, Bombing Run, DeathMatch/TeamDeatch, Capture the Flag and Onslaught modes, respectively."

just to mention if the 3dgamers url is not showing. it is the correct link they seem to be at max at this time.

yeah... the servers are getting completely hammered... from fileplanet I can only get 20k/sec... best I can get atm is 45k/sec

Hmmm, the bittorent link is going amazingly slow. I would have assumed it would be faster than the other methods. 132 minute wait at fileplanet.... ouch.

edit- it starts out slow, but it's up to 60kb/s already and climbing, plenty of seeds (15)- and 47peers.
I imagine this d/l will go up to about 130kb/s or more by the time it really gets going. I've had torrents up to 370kb/s - and they didn't have this kind of activity, so this is really good. I don't know why more sites don't set up torrent files, it's like free bandwidth (for the people trying to give you the file)- the way the internet SHOULD be...

In the time I was writing this it rose to 100kb/s and still climbing fast. I us Burst

i heard the worldwide the internet slowed down due to ut2003's demo release a while back. all sites are getting hammered like a hot college blonde at the moment. i think might buy the game since i bought ut2003 what a rare event!

Noooooooooooo wtf im getting problems every time i go in ut it restarts my whole pc after a while first it was when i clicked put on full screen second was when i was changing settings and third was when i was in like the 5th mession in the assault level :'(

Game runs VERY well with FSAA! Love the demo, cant wait for the game!!Also, if your a subscriber with Fileplanet, like me, the speeds are up there in the 400s!I got my demo in 10 mins.

Last I saw my torrent from 3dgamers was at 140kb/s and climbing, I went to go eat dinner and when I got back it was done. less than 1/2 hour.
