"LuCiFeRL: I live in Seoul, KOREA. Actually, It was when the ati drivers failed to install on my computer, that's when I started to tweak ATI drivers. The first work was based on the Radeon driver 7.68 (not Catalyst). It was named "ATIMania Driver." I used ATI installer for that driver. After Catalyst 2.1 was released, my drivers were called "Neutral Catalyst." I wanted my drivers to be easy convenient, all at once. NSIS helped me to develope it."
