Crappy Ram ?? Crucial makes the some of the best Quality Ram going, and cheap too... My old DDR 2700 modules overclock to 145 mhz..not bad for 2700 Ram ..
What exactly is crappy about a 8500 ??

145 on PC2700 is kind of lame, I have some Kingston PC2100 value ram that will do 150 and the OCZ PC2400 I have will do 160 fast timings and 178 if I slow the timings down to 3-2.5-3. Crucial DOES make some decent memory, but its not cheap or maybe it is when you compare it to Mushkin.
I guess they had to jump on board the bandwagon since PNY is selling Nvidia cards. |

I noticed something quite interesting ... go to the support section, and then Driver downloads...
Why would there drivers be coming from http://www.sapphiretech.com ?? It makes me wonder just a little. |

Crucial = awesome! ![]() EDIT: Oh, and I just got a 256 MB stick of DDR266 for $42 directly from Crucial. Their price even beat all the OEM resellers.
