I could build a better self contained system than that with unlimited funding.
But we didnt pick you to build it now did we?

Kyle from aacdirect.com has a great resume on high end systems. Toms Hardware even reviewed one of his older systems

Terry he cant answer, he decided he wanted a time out.

Anyway, the guy who won this rig will be on cloud nine when it arrives. I like the whole concept, especially the special etching, I reckon this rig would fetch masses of cash on ebay.

The system displayed at our booth at CXG was the number one draw of the event. There was people constantly there looking at it. In fact we gave away two things at the event, that system and a car. When I was socializing with the gamers at the event, I would always ask them which one they would rather win?

Not one said the car....

I would have said the car, sell the car and then buy a few systems from Kyle if I wanted.
But I would ultimately give the car to my wife.

That was what CM and I were thinking but people said that they wanted that specific machine.

The car was a KIA if I remember....

I have to give Catalyst Maker for that move. We were talking and he said "lets give that system away". I was like

Then I was like I thought it was a cool idea.

Then we gave the system away and I was like .....it is so sweet. I want to keep it.

Guess it time to look to the next project.....

(Got a little crazy with the smilies)

If I had the money to waste and use I do that, but for personal use what's the point. The clear case makes it really, it's impressive and hard worked on, for a person with a lot of money and connections lol.
For a normal person waste of time, but it is impressive. Sorry I think 4 dimensionally, and look at all aspects not trying to be cynical. First I have complaints with the devices, the black makes it look ugly with the case. Second, I don't like the water color I'd perfer just clear to keep the "clear look." It's hard worked on and I admit, just some things I dont' like. Don't rant me, becaue I am entitled to my opinion, plus I'm jealous lol.

No problem. You are right. It is totally excessive but that was what is was about. Kind of like a street rod with a 800 hp motor. A Honda Accord will do you fine to get from point A to B but what is cool about a stock Honda? As for the drive I prefer to use the sony DVD-/+R drives as they are white/sliver with a clear bezel and look better but at the time they did not have a 8x DVD-RW drive and I wanted it to be the fastest of everything.

As for water color the additive to prevent crud from growing makes it that color. Zerex coolent...is a purple/pink color.
