Cooler Master Aero 7 Lite Review @ Trustedreviews.com

"Cooler Master is a familiar name for the overclocking faithful, producing a range of fans, heatsinks and cases that cater for PC enthusiasts. The Aero 7 Lite is a heatsink and fan combination designed specifically for use with AMD Athlon processors, right up to the top-of-the-line 3200+. A variant called the Aero 4 is available for Intel CPUs and there’s also a slightly more expensive version that uses a copper heatsink, which is supposed to dissipate heat even more effectively than the aluminium one used by the Aero 7 Lite."

I am currently using this Cooler. My initial reaction wasn't very positive. It is very loud when the RPM is pushed over 2700 RPM. At 3500~ RPM, the sound is unbearable. However, it cools very well for a cooler that only costs 15-17 U.S. Dollars. The cooler goes on very easy and the 3.5 inch bay dial to change the RPM is nice if not flawed in that it rarely fits any system correctly. There are no instructions with this cooler so it can take a few minutes longer than normal to set it up.

I have to say over all that if you are on stock and need a better cooler and do not have much to spend and do not mind the noise so much, grab this thing. After a couple of days of letting the Arctic Silver 5 do it's thing, it cools very nice Mine is at 2600~2700 RPM all the time and it rarely goes above 38c while at load. You can push it even cooler if you can tolerate the 747 taking off in your case.

Or you can do what Neon did above. Those are the best CPU coolers around.
