Back in the day pre-GeForce 4 days, there was a company by the name of Visiontek that produced OEM and retail graphics cards. While Visiontek filed for Chapter 11 and was snatched up by the Hartford Computer Group, some old employees of old Visiontek decided to startup their own graphics card company. The new company formed by a few Visiontek veterans was named BFG Tech. BFG Tech’s brand philosophy is to simply produce graphics cards for enthusiasts and PC gamers. They also tout most of their employees being gamers and PC Enthusiasts, which is a good thing. What better way to design products for enthusiasts and gamers than to have them developed by enthusiasts and gamers?
