"Last Friday, February 27, 2004 Infinium Labs lawyers once again contacted us via email and submitted a 5 page document to us that outlines 18 items they want changed or removed or explained in their words. We have once again been given a 10 day deadline or, “Otherwise, you can expect a lawsuit.”

I love this concluding statement from the article:

"As for the rest of Infinium Labs' demands, they seem to us to simply not be based in reality. They repeatedly note statements that we never made and seem to draw illogical innuendos from the facts that were documented by Infinium Labs’ CEO Tim Roberts' own website and resume. As for our opinions they are clearly noted as such and we stand by them.

Will Infinium Labs ever bring a viable Phantom Console to market? I honestly do not know the answer to that question. I will make you a promise though, if they do, HardOCP will buy one and show you the insides!"

I clicked on that link. I'm wondering how you're making your observations based on that link? Or is there something I'm missing?


EDIT: Ahhh...nevermind....I finally found the links to the photos. Yes, you'd think the area would be much larger and more people in there on some kind of assembly line.
