Bad ****ing one Asus

Did exactly what it said but everytime my computer started back up it froze. It still persisted in the monitor turning off as well.
Eventually got the winflash.exe program to startup again and, thinking that it wasnt freezing anymore, I let it run...naturally my computer froze halfway through the flash.

Now left with a £350 lump of copper

:UPDATE:

Found an old PCI card and managed to get in to dos to flash the asus bios back on! Safe again! Just wondering wether to flash it again!

:2NDUPDATE:

Bah, now its just freezing when I try to flash it. Not impressed.

Yeah it finally worked last night.

Tried to flash it and froze again but didnt leave my bios blank...tried to flash it once more when windows had restarted and it said it already had that version of the bios installed. restarted comp and no more blnka screen.

Ah well. It worked in the end.
