"Activision today responded to a class-action lawsuit filed, saying that it "strongly denied" allegations accusing the publisher of violations of the Securities Exchange Act. The suit, which alleges that the publisher defruaded investors by overstating its revenues for approximately two years, was filed on Friday by stockholdes represented by law firm Millberg Weiss."
