"Dear Windows Update V5 Beta testers:

The Windows Update Team has a new End-User License Agreement (EULA) for the pre-release versions of the Windows Update site and its contents. A survey page containing the EULA will be presented to you when you enter the Windows Update Beta Program page on the BetaPlace website. Please go to the website and read the EULA. After you read it, please accept or decline the EULA.

We know filling out surveys and reading EULA are not the high points of your beta testing experience and would like to thank you for your patience. We are ramping up for Windows Update V5 RC1 and this is part of that process. More information regarding Windows Update V5 RC1 will be coming this week.
