"Looks like Microsoft is finally going to offer the bundle gamers have been waiting for. The Halo Special Edition Xbox bundle will be released in North America and will include a Halo branded console and controller, Halo Game of the Year edition as well as a DVD featuring an in-depth look at Halo 2.
We do not know the pricing details on this bundle. However, we are expecting a price drop on the Xbox and PlayStation 2 sometime before this year's Electronic Entertainment Expo which begins on May 11th.
We also don't know when the Halo Special Edition Xbox is going to be on store shelves -- but it is reasonable to guess that this bundle will be announced the same time Microsoft drops the price of the Xbox.
What we do know is that this is the Xbox collector's item we've been waiting for and will be picking it up as soon as it becomes available."
