Manually crash Windows-XP
"Windows-XP has a "feature" (???) with which it is possible to manually crash a system by simply holding the right CTRL key and pressing the "Scroll Lock" key twice."

I've been able to do this with X-Setup for a long long time.. Not sure it's the exact same reg key used though, but I think it is.
Yup, it is in System/crash control in X-Setup- It says this there: Windows includes a "feature" (?) that lets you blue-screen (crash) the OS simply by holding the right CTRL key and pressing the "Scroll Lock" key twice. After activating this option, reboot your system. Then hold the right CTRL key and press the "Scroll Lock" key twice. Windows will react with a nice MANUALLY_INITIATED_CRASH (0xE2) blue-screen... Enjoy!

LOL Maybe the blue screens would be different with Longhorn I don't know, maybe with a sweet music like "I'm crashing again but be happy" or psychedelic colors or even a screen with mountains and forests to calm down angry users
