"Every constituency — from the U.S. Department of Justice, to Microsoft's competitors — has weighed in on the European Commission's rulings and remedies this week regarding the EU antitrust case against Microsoft. But the International Herald Tribune has found one country not heard from: PC makers. And a number of the leading ones say they already offer Windows without Media Player and/or rival media players preloaded on the machines they sell."
