Absolutely. I think this should be the FIRST thing installed on any fresh install of Windows. (Minus IE 6 SP1). Prevents spyware from being installed and it works flawlessly from my testing. It also blocks bs websites that installs spyware and blocks spyware cookies in IE and now in Mozilla / Firefox. Awesome program.

Heh, I run Ad-Aware, Spybot 1.3 and SpywareBlaster. I've never had any problems with doing that. Spyware ain't got a snowballs chance in hell in my system.
