DH Review: Razer Viper Gaming Mouse

Julian "GermanJulian" Wiegmann has just reviewed the Razer Viper Gaming Mouse, he has taken this mouse through its paces and comes away a happy gamer.

"The mouse is amazing. Straight away when playing I could instantly feel that the mouse is more responsive and is a lot more accurate then any other mouse I have ever had - wonderful for first person shooters. To be honest it took me a good hour to get used to the fast pace of the Viper, another two hours to get really comfortable and now after eight hours of gaming I am totally comfortable with it. Headshots are easier to achieve and moving from where I was looking to where an enemy is has never been so fast. As I was fragging my brother today he said “HEY are you using an aimbot!?”. If it’s a fast paced FPS like Unreal Tournament or some slower map on Counter strike I can honestly say the mouse made me a better gamer. "

read the review here and pass on your comments to Julian in our forum.

Great review. I'm using the Boomer Speed myself and I love it. However, I just wonder when they're going to release the Mamba here in the states?

Good review.

I've always owned people in FPS', regardless of my mouse. Sticky, dirty balls and all.

I have a gaming glove also, but i prefer a mouse .

Btw, after re-reading my reply, I think I wasen't very clear. I meant that it is not easy to review a mouse, cause basically, it's a mouse. I know how important a mouse is, and how important a mouse pad is. Hey, you might even make a review on different sorts of mouse pads in addition to this review.

take care

Don't get the ms 4.0 if you are used to have the weapons change with the scrolling wheel.....its terrible with the ms 4.0, there is no "clicks" when you scroll the wheel.....very hard to adjust it to work with most games...

Did you like it more than your MX700 for gaming? I used to use a simple Logitech cordless and the MX700 is awesome I notice no lag in any application. But my buddy swears by the Boomslang
