Alienware allows two graphics cards to live in one PC

ALIENWARE HAS MADE A HUGE STEP in computer graphic when it announced its Video Array marchitecture at E3. This is marchitecture that will let you use two PCI Express cards from the same manufacturer to process graphic commands in parallel mode. This definitely brings a performance increase as well.

It managed to do this through proprietary software and hardware including its video merger hub device that merges individual signals into one.

It has designed its own patent pending motherboard based on Intel's Tumwater workstation chipset that includes two PCI Express graphics slots, developed specifically by Alienware to support Video Array.
