unfortunately, the company doesn't provide the suitable driver for Vista and at the moment they have no plans !

But you still can use the video converter under vista:

- get the tool PlextorGoCap.exe here: http://www.plextor.com/ENGLISH/suppo...extorGoCap.exe

(no installation required)

- connect your PX-M402U via USB 2.0 (don't run)

- launch PlextorGoCap, adjust the setting and start the capture.

I can't find the product on their european site, but at least it sounds cool and cheap and stupid (for not having a Vista driver)
