Chinese government censors online games

The Chinese government is setting up a special committee to review and if necessary censor online games. Games which break the constitution, threaten national unity, sovereignty and territorial integrity will be banned. Anything which threatens "state security, damaging the nation's glory, disturbing social order and infringing on other's legitimate rights" will also be banned.

All new games will have to go before the committee to get approval before they go on sale. All games already in the Chinese market will have to get approval before 1 September or face the wrath of the law.

That usually means death for smaller infractions than even this.

U.S. Senator Joseph Lieberman...who I can't remember if he's still running or not atm for Pres.,is
the same kind of censor. He and Gore and Tipper, should get together, smoke a bunch of
dumba** weed, get naked, and go into the Rain Forest, taking turns with the palm leaves and
nature's call.

All a bunch of crap.

Maybe Canada and France will move over there to China with a bunch of violent, sex filled vid games,
and the Death Squad of the Chinese Police will meet them at the docks.

Naaa.......now I'm dreaming...

The next thing you know they will slaughter 3/4ths of a nation's population and claim it is their land and murder protesting college students...oh wait.

North Korea and China, what great places to live.. Oh, can't forget about Russia where it's Illegal to kiss you girlfriend in public..

The US is going in the same direction, our constitutional rights are raped more and more every year "for our own protection" - It's all total BS and just an excuse to control people. All those poor people over there without any constitutional rights, it's sad.
