Default Post Capture work with these this time?

Thanks Candyman, downloading them now for a try.

Hope these will work with the 8500DV, the 6143 were a no go.

If they don't, well, I'm sure all the other 8500's variant folks will enjoy.

Okay I'm a newbie when it comes to these drivers with the control panel.

I don't have the 9700 yet; how do you install these?

In many other countries outside the US, they put day/month/year rather than month/day/year Therefore, these are dated August 9, 2002 and not september 8 heh

You install the Core drivers first.....when it asks you to reboot, say NO. Go ahead and install the control panel next. Once installed, it will ask you to reboot, say YES. That is it!

Most likely yes, and most likely the omega/plutonium xk1.1.59 will support every card, including 7000/7200/7500/8500/9700/M6/M7/M9.

Default Post This driver still randomly crash when playing 3D games

This driver behave the same as the previous one 6143. It randomly crash when I played some 3D games (Warcraft III mainly recently). Give some ghost like grapic with other simple kid games. It may be more stable when freshly installed (install DirectX , then sound driver, then ATI) and last longer (upto half an hour). However, after running some program, espcially WinDVD or Tweak WinDVD, it will crash within one minute on starting WC3. It crashed on the 2nd test of 3Dmark2001 SE.

Previous drivers (e.g. 6118, etc.) all have same problem.

I don't need extra speed, but when can they give a STABLE one.
