New Competition For nVentiv and their MachII
Asetek introduces their latest phase change CPU cooler to the market, the VapoChill LS, Lightspeed [AC].
Unlike the LS VapoChill predecessors which use a 12V DC compressor, the LS uses a bigger 404A/507 115V 60Hz compressor. Asetek is looking for a cooling solution to rival their competitor, nVentiv and their MachII. The MachII is run by a big 115V compressor utilizing R134a refrigerant and puts out some very cold -30C, -50C cooling temperatures. Xtreme Systems has a look at the VapoChill LS and then put it up against the competition and see if asetek has come up the right subzero CPU cooler to win over the MachII.
