I have been using this setup for a few months now and I love it. This is the best keyboard and mouse setup I have ever used!

Also... I used to have an older logitech keyboard and I was getting 2 years out of the 2AA Batteries. I am expecting about the same or better on this keyboard. The mouse lasts a good week before the little light starts flashing (that means about 1 day left). I was thinking about upgrading the batteries in the mouse to the 2250mAh batteries and this would lengthen the time between charges.

why not just leave the mouse in the cradle overnight when your sleeping and it will always be fully charged for you in the morning?

thats my choice also... just be swapping the bats for recargables in the keyboard when these new ones start to flag.

tasty - thats a very bad idea with rechargeable batteries, unless they are lithium ion/lithium polymer
reason being that if you keep charging nicad/nimh batteries with out draining them first you lose the "zero point" and the battery does not hold its charge for long

actually looking at the instructions rechargeable bats should NOT be used in the keyboard. and for the mouse they need to be fully charged and drained for around 3 times before they reach the optimum capacity. |
