Opera...the multi-tabbed browser that claims to be the fastest browser on earth has just released Preview 4 of the next major revision. Opera is unique in the fact that it supports virtually every eletronic platform in existance...FreeBSD, Linux, MacOS, Windows, Cell phones, PDA's...you name it!

It's available here for Windows.

Bear in mind that this might not be a final release, since there's nothing mentioned on the main site or by the devs yet, and they've put test versions on the ftp before, and then updated them with newer builds marked by the same version number.

However, with such a small upgrade, this probably will be final, unless they've forgotten something, or broken something and not noticed.
