IBM Power PC 1GHz chip only runs properly at 933MHz

A BUG IN THE 1GHz Power PC 750GX means that some instructions won't run at that clock frequency.
And the work around is that instead people should run the 1GHz chip at 933MHz.

While the chip will run at 1GHz, it doesn't support all the instructions in the processor, making it a superb example of overclocking.

So is the maximum frequency of the PowerPC 750GX 933MHz and not 1GHz? That seems to be the case right now.
