Counter-Strike Source Beta Update Released

"An update to the Counter-Strike: Source beta has been released to cyber cafés that subscribe to the Valve Cyber Café Program. Steam will update itself automatically when restarted, and servers also need to be restarted."

Improved Steam behavior for listen servers behind a NAT device
Improved load behavior before content is ready
Eliminated grenade jumping

What? They had grenade jumping and they took it out?

Just add shrapnel code. Its a simple math equation. Have like 3 or 4 chunks that gore folks. Movie style explosion jumping is cool.

They remove grenade juming, because people were able to "jump" in the the skybox and skywalk on top of the map.

But nice to see an update so soon

and why we care ? its not concern to anyone of us. maybe 1/100000 people. since its released for very small group of people (cybercafe)
