My good friends Striker Pro and Drinsane over at rage3d.gr are holding an Olympic LAN party sponsored by ATI. Driverheaven are one of the sponsors for the event.

Rage3d Greece organizes a LAN party on Monday August 23rd to celebrate the 6 months from the site launch, we invite you all join to us in a large game experience with many prizes from our sponsors. The time and area will be announced through our site.

The Event will be held at “Web Cafe” (Eptanisou Str 40, Kipseli, Athens) and will start from 6 pm to…(until we see your eyes closing!!).

Special guest will be Terry Makedon a.k.a. Catalyst Maker.

sounds like it would be an awesome time, but even if I had the chance to go, with all the additional security in Greece, I think I would pass..... I hate machine guns and being visable in public makes me cringe

well its a cool event happening in greece headed up by Terry Makedon (who is there), which is surprisingly where the olympics are being held

All lan parties dont have to be in the USA, there are other countries in the world !

Loads of cool prizes are being handed out but its meant to be a fun event with a lot of gaming - people always ask now "whats being given away free?!"

i will be there tomorow yeahh i am from Greece . Untill now i never thought that such an event will hapen in Greece And I am very pleased!

hheeeeyy it was great i was there only two games were played warcraft 3 and unresal tournament 2004 . In the second game i was fourth i did it very well but i lost in the quarters finals by the asti_someone (lol) . I saw terry makedon for a little he came and left too quick . i didn't won a prize but i take for the memory an ati t-shirt ! it was great but it wasn't organised very well !

That's the report from a greek guy (lololol)
