Xbox slayings take even more horrific turn
The gruesome Florida Xbox killings became even more revolting this week as gory details emerged around the methods used by the murders on their six victims.
In a 15-count indictment, prosecutors stated that the victims had their throats slashed and were stabbed even after they had already died. In addition, one woman was sexually violated with one of the baseball bats used to beat all of the victims to death. A grand jury this week indicted the four men suspected of committing the murders, and State Attorney John Tanner vowed to seek the death penalty for all four individuals. The story surrounding the murders is as strange as it is disgusting. Florida officials have stated that they believe Troy Victorino, 27, recruited three other men to help commit the killings. Victorino had left his Xbox and some clothes at a squatters house and later found out that someone in the house had taken his kit. He is then accused of hunting down the woman he suspected of taking the Xbox and killing her and five other people in their sleep. full article register |

'Tis strange that such things happen mostly in the US.
Does anyone have an explanation for that?

there are loads of reasons but the main reason is bad upbringing and its the parents fault.
nothing else...

people blame video games for distorting people's views of reality and desensitizing them to violence, etc....
but how on god's green earth can you blame video games when it's a parent's job to instill such concepts into a kid's head to begin with. if a kid has been so poorly brought up he can't tell a video screen from real life, or honestly thinks people will 'respawn'.....his parents should be flogged and beaten as well as the kid.... i too hope these guys get the death penalty...and i think the parents should be required to watch |

I still think crimes like this don't warrent a judge and jury. These type need to be taken around back and shot in the head. They've forfited the right to live by their actions IMHO.

well yes it is upbringing, and i beleave if the death penalty was used more often , this kind of crap would start disapearing. but no all the liberals just let murderers set on deathrow for years soaking up my tax money . if it was 5 years and out it would start changing the way people think before killing someone. heck did you show mommy your porno mags when you were a kid NO why because you would get an ass bustin. thats my opinon and im stickin to it

I think that what is said in the Bible should be put to use: "an eye for an eye, a tooth for a tooth"
This guy killed how many? 4-5? Then he should suffer 5 deaths... it's as simple as that. But of course there are human rights organisations...
