What amazes me is people think of them as gods of the gaming industry when in fact they're a bunch of morons who seemingly can't tie a pair of shoes muchless hit any sort of release date or even secure their "highly acclaimed" content.

The leak of the HL2 script almost takes the cake though, how the h3ll do you oversee that one??? Too busy stuffing your face with pizza and twinkies?

How many times do you think they've been hit with DOS attacks, yet I'll bet if I hit them with one tomorrow (just to say) it would crush their network again. No better security then before.

The amount of their content that gets leaked amazes me, you don't see this in other companies. Whens the last time you heard of a leaked copy of Madden football, or BF game or Final Fantasy or _________(insert big name game here)?

I wonder how valve can be plagued by so many events that shouldnt have happened in the first place let alone all the leaks and errors that have occured. so much drama has never occured to any game developer. i wonder what valve is doing wrong

ITs hardly a hack , a hack is defined as creating a program to gain higher access rights guessing a pass word is a crack.

why do idiot ppl do such things , bet the diot whoi did it is laughign now , but why was it worth all the shit you cause valve other ppl , the media will pick up on it every oen will get critised and the games industry will loose out .

anyway it just goes to show idiots are everywhere

tornado=[GSW]= is on a distinguished road

ATI should have supported Doom and left HL2 to the dogs that way the x800 would have been the top cards of this round

HL2 will be realized when Gabe gets time from doing all this PR shit

I fully expect to see a book release along the lines of "Opening the Xbox" or some other tell-all book which cronicles the mishaps and follies of this single game production. (maybe E! might pick it up.. heh) I'm just waiting for some fool to start posting spoilers since he read the whole script... its going to be a disaster.

maybe but then the media doesnt pay too much attention to gaming unless it envolves sex, drugs, controversy. but you can expect a 30 second report on your local news channel but aside that nothing will spring up unless someone is real dedicated to finding out just what is really happening in the valve offices.
