System Specs

The JPEG flaw appears to be in GDI+ so Win98 users may be immune to this one, as they have been to many WinXP flaws.

A few Win9x applications do require GDI+ to be installed, and the downloadable GDI+ seems to be currently unavailable - I guess they have to bring out a patched version of that as a standalone.
