CS: Source Preloading

A [color=#cdcdcd]recent email to Valve's Erik Johnson[/color] from a member at [color=#cdcdcd]Halflife2.net[/color] sheds some light on why the [color=#cdcdcd]latest CS: Source update[/color] was so massive in size.

We're preloadeding the rest of CS Source.

Contained within the latest update were texture files for a number of other maps as well as files dealing with waypoints and hostages.
