maybe im just skeptical but who needs 56 different utilities to tweak windows? i mean how much faster can opening windows and typing stuff get? :P

its not just about faster or opening, is also about stable, better used windows

** Fixing a crash occuring on startup under certain circumstances
** Fixing a problem with the fullversion on double byte systems
