Nike/Gran Turismo Limited Edition
What can only be described as one of the more odd team-ups in recent memory, Nike and Sony will be releasing a limited edition version of Gran Turismo 4 that'll bundle the game with a pair of sneakers. Inside a nifty black suitcase will be the game, a Nike/Gran Turismo t-shirt, and a pair of Nike Shox Total Magia II GT Limited Edition sneakers. Only 1,000 of these bundles will be produced and they'll sell for 33,600 yen ($317). If that isn't odd enough, if you use the EyeToy while playing GT4 AND you are wearing the t-shirt, the device will detect the shirt and unlock a special Nike-designed car.

better question is who the hell pays 250.00 for a pair of shoes? i mean my god, thats more then i spend in 6 years on shoes. i pick up a nice pair of new combat boots about once every 3 years, wear em daily all year around. last me about 3 years for a pair. after there shot i go and drop another 95.00 for another pair.
i know for sure im completly off base from teh fashion world, but wtf? who the hell drops that kind of money for tennis shoes? |
