Nvidia kicks off SLI certification program

Today NVIDIA is announcing a new program in which it will certify products for use with its new Scalable Link Interface, or [color=white]SLI[/color], GPU teaming technology. The program will cover four different types of products made by NVIDIA's partners: graphics cards, motherboards, PC systems, and applications. Manufacturers whose products pass certification will get NVIDIA's silver stamp, the right to display an "NVIDIA SLI Ready" logo on the product or its packaging. NVIDIA says the impetus behind SLI certification is its desire to ensure smooth sailing for users who purchase SLI solutions.
