"Electronic Arts has released a patch for Medal of Honor: Pacific Assault which removes various single-player and multiplayer bugs (mouse and input lag, dedicated server CPU utilization, spawn code server hitching). Be sure to check out both single-player and multiplayer demo if you haven't done so yet."
