Default Post Half Life 2: Official Multiplayer Benchmarks, Screenshots, and Analysis

Half Life 2 remains to be the hot game this holiday season, and it just got better. We have already looked at graphics benchmarks, CPU scaling, and the hidden multiplayer mode. Well now Valve has enabled the actual Half Life 2 multiplayer full of models and maps and we could not be happier Simply login to Steam and the Half Life 2 multiplayer download is just over 30MB.

We will take a quick look at the new multiplayer, and throw in some benchmarks just for fun from our own custom demo. First we begin with screenshots from each of the two multiplayer levels including in the new download: DM_Lockdown and DM_Overwatch.

LOL the author doesn't notice that his textures are messed up!
See these screens: 1 2 3
The purple checkered texture means his cubemap textures are missing or something

heh, Ill try it if Valve gets anticheat act together again. THis will be so easy to hack, and now they should be sure to start anti cheat for all their games or else I wont play.
