Ok, check this thread out.

Me thinks this is real, I saw the screenshots me ownself before they were removed....and from the thread I just posted you'll find out someone has put it on the kazaa network....

No argument on that one! This sucker is definately under the heading of "warez" and any posting of links will be immedietely removed and the offender will get a brief Driver Heaven vacation. (But private messages are a different story...hint-hint!

Doom.III.E3.Alpha is 89% done on my server..
The info states the flowing:

Doom III - Alpha 0.02 - E3 Demo
-------------------------------

Instructions

load the doom.exe
use the ~ key to get to the console (if you choose single player, game will crash)

you can load e3 demo maps 1-3 using one of the following commands:

map e3/e3_1
map e3/e3_2
map e3/e3_3

I will check it out though..

ok back !!..
Well It's pretty Raw yet.. looks like there is a long way to go on it before it's released..
It's going to be awesome for sure and spine tingling..
I had to make up my own .cfg file for the key binds and load it into the console on account of it having no option controls what so ever..
Map changes also have to be loaded in after each map..
Also the game runs real good at the "exec lowquality.cfg" and "exec mediumquality.cfg" prompts in the console but forget about running it at high quality..
Even in medium quality I had Vertex cache overflows in the graphics department..
The creatures are pretty crazy looking and will rip you apart..
This is a keeper when it hit's the shelves if they can iron out some of the kinks with fps and rez..
