ATI Fellowship Program

ATI recognizes that today's research is next year's commercial or entertainment application, and that young researchers are likely to come up with new and exciting ideas. ATI is driven to contribute to research efforts that will lead to the next generation of computer graphics applications. To support such researchers, ATI Technologies, Inc. has established the ATI Fellowship Program. Recipients receive a stipend to help them cover expenses for the academic year.

Announcing the 2005-2006 ATI Fellowship Program
ATI will be awarding 4 fellowships of $25,000 for the 2005-2006 academic year to outstanding doctoral students studying computer graphics or a related field.

Eligibility
Applicants must be full-time doctoral students engaged in computer graphics, multimedia, chip or system design, or related research.

Application:
To apply, send the following to researcher@ati.com:
- One or two page description of your research and why you think it might be relevant to ATI
- Current resume or curriculum vitae with contact information
- Letter of support from your advisor
Applications must be received no later than March 15, 2005.
Awardees will be announced by April 30, 2005.

The recipients of the 2004-2005 ATI Fellowships:
ATI congratulates the recipients and offers appreciation to all who took the time to apply.

It's always cool to see a company reach out to universities and reward the people that actually do the work, rather than just the university.

Way to go ATI!
