One of the most highly visible legal battles has drawn to a close between hardocp and infinium labs. With Hardocp coming out top. The legal costs have been considerable at around a quarter of a million dollars.

It's interesting that the CEO of this "company" would refer to [H] as "two punk kids". The facts speak for themselves. If [H] was lying then they would have lost in court.

It is going to be interesting to see what really happens when and if this product ever makes it into the console market. I know I will not be buying one as I believe that their subscription model is bogus.
