Images in Signatures...

Well we've decided to let you guys have images in your signatures, with a couple rules:

1. Max height is 100px.
2. Max width is 300px.
3. Max size is 50KB.

Id like to make a point that if this sizing is abused, it will be removed for non staff.

We allowed this due to requests from members, but if it ends up being too much work and people decide they want to post 400pixel signatures, it wont remain. Moderators will be enforcing this quite strictly.

The image sizes are to ensure that the forum doesnt become painful to read between oversized images, like alot of the messy boards im sure most of you have seen on the net. For those using an image if you can keep additional text under or above the image in your signature to 3 or 4 lines instead of 10 maximum without an image.

Don't suppose you can increase item 1. to say 125

item 1 = 100 pixels maximum depth. more than large enough. you get the option of an avatar after 500 posts.

Why is my sig image link and Time's sig image link not

working anymore???

EDIT: Thanks to Uberlord for fixing my sig image and getting it working again.

Info for Time and All: you have to use the [img] tag instead of HTML to make it work.

Hey Zardon and Craig, what are you doing different with your sig images than everybody else? My settings are set not to display embedded images, and as such, for most people I just see a link in their sigs, but for you two I actually see the image.

I'm not trying to complain.. in fact, it just makes your posts stand out more when I'm skimming through a thread.. I'm just wondering why yours show up and other people's don't.
