Now, if you asked me a year ago whether the average X or Y chromosome based individual could hear the actual difference between 5.1 and 7.1 I would have said no. But you see, a day after our review on Creative Lab's Audigy 4 Pro review they, Creative Labs, contacted us and asked us if we wanted to review their high-end 7.1 speaker series to complement that soundcard..

Ewww, he has a Bose setup.

But yeah, these speakers, along with the Klipsch ones are currently the best. Altec Lansing is soon releasing a similar system, so we'll see how that goes.
