AMD chairman bought 300,000 shares
WASHINGTON (REUTERS) - Advanced Micro Devices Inc. Chairman Jerry Sanders bought 300,000 shares of stock in the microchip maker last Friday, according to a U.S. regulatory filing.
Sanders made an open market purchase at $6.89 per share, lifting the amount of stock he directly owns in the Sunnyvale, California-based company to 526,912 shares, a Securities and Exchange Commission filing on Monday showed. AMD shares closed at $8 Monday on the New York Stock Exchange. |

Well he's not that dumb. If he sold all of the 300,000 shares on monday he would have earned $333,000 now think about that!
