So, I'm staying with 40.71's which are probably the best for GF3 and I see no need to continue to test these latest releases as it is apparent that they are not addressing GF3 at all in these newer releases.

It appears to me that these are only for the newer cards and have nothing new to offer the lowly GF3 people like me.
Whiner! I've got a "lowly" (quotes 'cause I think I'll laugh in the face of anyone who calls LittleZ 'lowly'....GF3 are hella sweet cards!) GF3 too and I prefer the 41.0x in XP to the 40.72 set.

They haven't forgotten us, they're just playing for the newer crowd too. Have faith, have patience...the drivers will come.

ok I also tested them...

Regarding the TV-out, still not fixed, no divix movies on both monitor and TV in clone mode, games (warcraft3) crashes with clone enabled (crashes the whole system, not just game) didn't bother to test other games. Desktop colours are the same for me (what other people said about colours is probablly due to DX9..) games do have improved colouring and more sharpness in AA....As far as for me, theese are good, but I use a TV a lot, so switching back at 30.xx

To the last 2 posts, Did you guys fully UNINSTALL the drivers you had on there and make sure you deleted any left over files in the nvidia file on the C: drive (or drive you had them installed on) and also delete any registry entries for nvidia corperation? Also it can't hurt to run the latest Detonator destroyer after the uninstall. Just making sure, because I have not had any problems at all with any of the new drivers when I do those things (I haven't tested tv out either though).

Just wondering

This set of Drivers can now be found on the Nvidia website in their Driver Archive and is listed as WHQL Candidate....

Default Post Addendum:

These drivers have been listed on nVidia's site, but they have not yet been posted for downloading on any of their servers. (Someone over at nVnews said that they'd been pulled last night, but I'm not sure if'n they actually saw them uploaded or just got a busted link and assumed they were pulled...developing....)

You can check for yourself on their primary or secondary ftp servers. When they go up, I'm nabbing them!
