Bold move, but not sure how well thought through. That sort of limits their distribution position quite a bit, even though I am sure it's for al imited time.

Limited Time? BFG is one of the top selling VGA vendors right now especially with there lifetime warrenty you cant go wrong

That's really poor PR to limit that card to the continental US only(Newegg only ships to the 48 contiguous states)
