In latest THQ press release announcing record net sales and net income for fiscal 2005 there was no mention of S.T.A.L.K.E.R.: Shadow of Chernobyl when highlights of the fiscal year 2006, ending on March 31st 2006. Therefore, the fan site Oblivion-Lost.com contacted a representative at THQ to ask for clarification: "THQ's financial year runs from April 1st 2005 through to March 31st 2006. This is standard practise and widely known in the industry and business. There was no mention of S.T.A.L.K.E.R. as we have already announced it many times in the investor relations announcements. We have no definitive release date yet for S.T.A.L.K.E.R. We do expect to have some announcements, including a public demonstration this summer. More news to follow".
