23” and 24” LCD monitors roundup

"There are other new phenomena this year, after the 20" monitors, large scale LCDs are now also affordable. Thanks to this lower price, more and more users tend to buy these products. Just take a look at the forum and you will understand what we are talking about. And to be perfectly honest, this roundup was carried out because of the numerous emails we received. These monitors might also be useful for companies, especially for the IT department. Only a 23" or 24" monitor can easily replace a dual monitor configuration. Or better still: you can replace two 19 CRT monitors by two 24".

I was actually debating whether I should post this as news or not, and decided against it when I first came across it. The Dell review is inaccurate at its best (I know, I own it), and from what I hear, the HP one has inaccuracies as well.

Its one of the most appalling reviews ive read. ive seen 2 of these screens firsthand and the guy testing them must have forgotten to turn them on.

Incidentally why review the Dell 2405, say it gives "afterglow" on games (ghosting to the rest of us), say it is poor with DVD and video "video quality is awful", then proceed to give it 4 out of 5 as an overall figure.....

Enough said.

some decent reviews
