Bios updates
@dek over at our affiliate site Techconnect has alot of bios updates for downloading.

As you are asking for a bios update for a AK32L motherboard by shuttle i think you will find that is possibly no longer supported,This may well be the reason you can't find an update. If you still require help about this it may be best to ask about it in the forums where you will gain better support about this.. This Part of the DH forums would be a good place to ask.
