World of Warcraft 1.61 -> 1.70 European Patches

Following on yesterday's US update, European patches for World of Warcraft are now available to upgrade the UK, German and French editions of Blizzard's fantasy MMORPG to version 1.7.0 too. As before, only incremental patches from v1.6.1 are currently available, and this release adds the Zul'Gurub high-level raid, the Arathi Basin battleground, the Stranglethorn Fishing Extravaganza event, and the usual humongous number of gameplay improvements, balance tweaks, bug fixes, and other changes as detailed in the release notes.
